CHI NEI TSANG- Works mainly on the abdomen with deep, soft and gentle touches, to train internal organs to work more efficiently. Unprocessed emotional charges are also addressed in this manner, as well as all of the body systems: digestive, cardio-vascular, lymphatic, nervous, respiratory, endocrine, muscular-skeletal, and the acupuncture meridian system (CHI or life force)

CRANIO(CRANIAL) SACRAL- A hands on method of examination and treatment to correct and improve problems effecting the brain and spinal cord.

DEEP TISSUE- Focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the cronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

LYMPHATIC- A gentle technique that works thruoghthe body’s fluid system to activate the circulation of the tissue and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems. The result of these actions can include reduction in edemas, detoxification of the body and the regeneration of tissues.

QUANTUM TOUCH- Hands on energy healing technique that facilitates the rapid healing of pain(chronic or other) or injury. Using traditional massage techniques combined with slow slight movements that bring chi (life force) to a specific area for immediate results.

REIKI-Energy work that establishes a deeper mind/body/spirit connection, soothes the body and mind by creating a deep state of calm and relaxation. The concentration is on breathing techniques, balancing the charkras(energy centers) and energy system within the body.

REFLEXOLOGY-based on the belief that there are reflex on the feet (and hands) corresponding to all the parts of the body including major organs. By applying pressure to specific areas on the feet, hands and ears internal organs and body systems are stimulated to promote good health.

SHIASTSU, ACUPRESSURE, PRESSURE POINT- Asian based systems of finger pressure massage which treat special points along acupuncture meridians, wich are the invisible channels of energy flow in the body. Blocked energy along the meridians can cause physical discomforts, so the aim is to release the block and re-balance the energy flow.

SPORTS MASSAGE- Perfect for the active person or the athlete to work specific muscle groups and joints. This massage includes pre- and post-event techniques to allow greater endurande, lesson the chance of injury and decrease muscle recovery time.

THAI- A table massage using a combination of deep stretches, point massage, joint rotation and percusion.

VISCERAL MANIPULATION- Focuses on the problems associated with the body’s viscera ( internal organs such as heart, liver, intestines) and their connective tissue. It helps dissipate the effects of both physical and emotional stress and enhances general health and resistance to desease.
